Very comfortable but does not last. I bought a pair of shoes for about 100 dollars (Saudi Arabia). It worn out in 1 months. So bad. Why the claim it is walking shoes? Sleeping shoes more appropriate

Bought a pair of Skechers golf shoes last year I’ve worn them exactly 31 times and they are coming apart and letting even dew on the grass seep in, I sent Skechers an email and there response was they consider it normal wear and tear ….funny the Under Armour ones I had before I’ve had for 3 years and they are still in decent shape ….avoid this company they are only interested in getting the sale …very poor customer service. I wasn’t looking to get an exchange but they could have offered something a gift card or something, any shoe should last more than 3 months even if you wear them everyday….. it appears they put more money in commercials then the quality of there shoes.

I wanted a pair of thongs to wear inside while I’m away and found the pair I wanted, on sale, at one of our local stores. Bonus. When I paid for them the sales assistant asked me for my email address, I asked why and she replied it was for the receipt. I told her I didn’t want to provide my email address which seemed to confuse her and she said that I had to in order to get the receipt and that I could always unsubscribe afterwards. I reiterated that I was not prepared to give her my email address as I viewed it as an invasion of my privacy. No paper receipt was offered or received. This is a practice that needs to cease in retail, we get inundated with enough spam and scam messages already without another company on selling our personal details.

Edit: I did get a paper receipt, which I only found today. But this still begs the question of why Skechers require my email address when I have a receipt anyway.

Just received a pair of sketchers work boots in the mail today!! These boots I ordered online so I couldn’t try them on touch them feel them check out the quality of them, they are the most cheapest materials That you can use on boots for work.. i’ve ordered a lot of work boots in my time these things are the cheapest looking things I’ve ever seen terrible quality put into making these things I’m sure they’re not going to get better as I wear them they no longer put quality into their product will not buy any more products from this company..

I Ordered a pair of shoes off Skechers online store for $158 Canadian they said it would only take 10 to 15 days to get to me. It's been over a month now and I still have not received my shoes. I've emailed them and called their customer service number and all I get is an answer machine then it would hang up on me. I thought this was a honest company unfortunately it isn't I get better service from AliExpress wish eBay or Amazon avoid Skechers online store if you value your money. They will steal your money and not give you what you paid for avoid avoid avoid horrible business shocking especially for how many years they've been around

This company should be avoided for on-line experiences. No customer service, no call backs from voice messages, emails are not responded to, using the excuse due to covid all working from home yet no one responds. Never got a tracking number to monitor the status of order. Finally contacted my credit card and they credited my account without problems. They have obviousley dealt with this issue in the past. AVOID THIS SKETCHY COMPANY!!!!

Ordered online for my daughter a pair of sketchers mountain kiss on the 6th of July. Soles burst length way at the heels. Inside looks like the shoe have collapsed. Send Fotos the customer service they say wear and tear!! How can a pair of shoes that is being used less that 2 months have so much wear and tear!! Definitely do not buy these shoes terrible quality and sketchers wash their hands of it!! I do not recommend sketchers after this experience!!!

Skechers customer service is worse than horrible. It is "Absolutely" the worst customer service of any business I've ever encountered. They deserve a -1 rating.
I need to change my email address after changing internet providers. I've call Skechers Customer Service repeatedly and it always says call volume higher than normal, and no one ever answers your call.

I purchased numerous pairs of the go walk sketchers. After wearing the a few times they smelled so bad it would fill the room. I tried washing them, I tried soaking them in soap and baking soda for hours. I tried vinegar and let the dry outside. As soon as I put them on again they stunk up the room. This used to happen many many years ago when I bought cheap shoes from big box stores. These shoes should cost $12 because they are only good for working in yard. I would be embarrassed to wear them anyplace because they would stink up the area. Must be another foreign made product.

I bought to pairs of boots, unfortunately both the wrong size, sent back the next day. Struggling to get a refund from them, despite the package being signed for as received and sent in original packaging. You would think buying from a well known brand like Sketchers would be trustworthy. A huge mistake. I will never buy from them again.
